motivational unflattering photos (?)
i took a rest day last thursday, which somehow turned into a rest week.

problem being is that i couldn’t help but peer into the dining center at 11am monday and wednesday, notice friends, and then not leave in time for catching class at noon. And having little to no motivation to go later in the day.

Jan 2009, I’m in the middle. Thought I was a major fattie. Both of my girls had poor body image then too… when I’m 20 pounds lighter again I’m never taking it for granted X_X
Rest day
Rest day today! Was planning on doing jillian michaels but woke up with tennis elbow, or what seems like a minor case of it. Must have been from the arm workout on the spin machines? frustrating anyway. Hopefully it shapes up soon!
Not much else to report, sticking to eating good food.

Day Four!
Spin class again! I’ve been in a shitty frame of mind so I skipped all my class-classes, but I managed to drive myself to the gym for spin class! 10 points!
Incredibly challenging yet again and I came out wheezy coughing :I I’ve kind of figured myself mildly asthmatic (triggered by strenuous exercise and cat hair) so not entirely surprising. Taking the rest of the day pretty easy...

Day Three
Just got my butt kicked by jillian michaels again! I was skeptical about how effective 20 minutes could be, but this way I really have no excuse not to do it, haha. My legs are still quite sore from yesterday, and you work out your arms a surprising amount in spin class (who knew you had to stand up and pedal? Not me!) Now I need to shower before my next class, but we have bathroom cleaning people...

Day Two!
I have a three hour break between my 10am class and my 2pm class, and they offer a 45 minute spin class at noon at the wellness center.
So, I went and got my ass royally kicked. In a good way, but I hurt so much.
now I’m laying in bed and i’m like fuuuuuuu tired. And I still have to go to class in 10 minutes and then lab for ~3 hours feh. DOES NOT WANT

Day One!
Did my first day of jillian michael’s 30 day shred. I think I might spread it to 60 days depending on how my body feels today.
The 20 minute workout was pretty good, I think the 5 lb weights might have been a bit heavy for me but I was pleased with the interval times and how things switched up quickly. I guess I will just get super boss muscles with my 5 pounders aw yee.

Today I chose to try another workout through Pop Pilates from blogilates on youtube. The video is divided into two parts, which could be a possible inconvenience for some who have to pause mid-work out and select the next section before continuing. But other than that, this is an INTENSE workout….

bought new ice skates to replace thrifty store ones that were too narrow,

I also downloaded Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred, I thought about getting the dvd but the instant video is, well, instant and I can watch it from my computer (and hook it up to the tv via hdmi if I so desire.

Its hard for me to look at myself the way I am now, which may seem a little over dramatic to some, but its completely and utterly a mind fuck for how I let myself get from a svelte figure of 150 to 180. I am not happy with my body, I don’t fit any of my clothes...
