and at a friends. why? I’ve had a sneaking suspicion my scale is off. Sure ‘nuff, I put in at 160 lbs.asldgk;jasg omg. Considering a week or two ago I was still seeing 170 with water/food fluctuations, and here it turns out my scale is 5 lbs too heavy.
I mean, all things considered it doesn’t matter -that- much. What matters is that the weight is changing and that my body is changing. But it’s really nice to think that my bmi is that much closer to normal (26.6) and that my body fat percentage is (hopefully) that much lower!
I think I’ll keep tracking with the scale I have, although I wish I could get it fixed :/ I got it less than a year ago but of course I wouldn’t have a receipt or anything.
